Last June 9, the organizers of
Miss USA 2011 Pageant announced that television personalities Andy Cohen and Giuliana Rancic will be the hosts of the upcoming
Miss USA 2011. The announcement was made by NBC, Donald J. Trump and Paula M. Shugart, president of the Miss Universe Organization. Miss USA 2011 is the 60th edition of America’s most prestigious beauty pageant.
Andy Cohen is television executive and host. He is currently the Executive Vice-President Original Programming and Development at theBravo cable television network, a subsidiary of NBC Universal. He hosts the network's reunion shows and their topical weekly show Watch What Happens Live. Meanwhile, Giuliana Rancic is an Italian celebrity news personality. She is a host on E! News, the E! Network's flagship entertainment news program. She often co-hosted red carpet events for award shows, such as the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards. Andy and Giuliana will be joined by Kelly Osbourne, who will provide color commentary throughout the telecast.
Miss USA 2011 is set to be held at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on June 19. Fifty-one beautiful ladies from 51 states are vying for the Miss USA 2011 crown and the right to become the official representative of USA in the upcoming
Miss Universe 2011 in Sao Paolo, Brazil in August. Miss USA 2010 Rima Fakih of Michigan will crown her successor on the event.
